Gates open at 4 PM. The show portion of the evening is typically done by 9 PM and the DJ plays on after that!

 Early bird general admission tickets can be purchased for $10 ahead of the event. See the link below. On site tickets are $15. 

Bring a lawn chair and dress for the weather!

Yes we will have food and beverages for sale on site. All proceeds go to the charity.

The Calcutta is a major fundraising portion of the night. The audience gets to bid on the horse and rider combination they think will win the big class. 60% of the bids raised go to the charity. The other 40% is split between the successful bidders on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place riders in the evening class!

Riders are invited into the arena in small groups for a warm-up session ahead of the main event and are given the opportunity to jump a couple of the jumps on course. This is your chance to see the horses in action and bid on the one you think will win the class!

Dress to be comfortable in the weather! The show will go on rain or shine. There is a general admission tent to shelter you from the rain/sun but we encourage you to bring an umbrella if rain is in the forecast.
