4PM Gates Open

Start your evening with a welcome cocktail and

canapés. Mingle with other VIP guests and register for the silent auction bidding!

4:30PM Calcutta Starts

Each horse and rider team will showcase their talents before the main event starts. This is your chance to bid on the team you think will win the big class!

6PM Dinner and the Show

Enjoy a catered meal while you watch the riders take on a 1 meter jumper class for their share of $5000 in prize money!

9PM Silent Auction Closing and DJ

Nibble at the desert table, finalize your silent auction bids and mingle while a DJ plays your favourite songs!

How long will the show run?

Gates open at 4 PM. Dinner starts at 6 PM. The show portion of the evening is typically done by 9 PM and the DJ plays on after that!

What is the Calcutta?

The Calcutta is a major fundraising portion of the night. The audience gets to bid on the horse and rider combination they think will win the big class. 60% of the bids raised go to the charity. The other 40% is split between the successful bidders on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place riders in the evening class!

Riders are invited into the arena in small groups for a warm-up session ahead of the main event and are given the opportunity to jump a couple of the jumps on course. This is your chance to see the horses in action and bid on the one you think will win the class!

We encourage you to dress in your best summer dinner attire!

What are the benefits of buying a table?

Table purchases have priority for front row seating and ensure you are seated with your friends!

Are kids welcome?

VIP tickets are open to all ages. Legal drinking age will be verified by SmartServe bartenders.
